As a Certified Master Pet Aesthetician trained through The Whole Pet Academy under Michelle Knowles, Scott brings advanced education in canine skin and coat function, ingredient selection, therapeutic bathing methods, and individualized product protocols.
Rather than using the same shampoo and routine on every dog, we evaluate the visible condition of the skin and coat and select professional products and techniques based on what each dog needs. When veterinary care is also involved, our grooming approach can complement the veterinarian’s recommendations while staying within the professional grooming scope.
