Community Care
Pet Grounds. Cleaner Communities. Better Experiences.
Professional pet care services for apartments, HOAs, and residential communities.
Pet-friendly communities need pet-friendly care.
Your Community Is Home to Pets, Too.
Today’s residents expect more from the communities they call home. Clean dog parks, maintained pet areas, accessible waste stations, and well-cared-for common spaces all contribute to a better resident experience.
Pawzitive Vibez Community Care works with apartments, HOAs, and residential communities to help keep these areas clean, maintained, and ready for the people and pets who use them every day.

Community Care That Fits Your Property
No two communities are exactly alike.
The right service frequency depends on the size of your property, the number of pet areas, resident usage, and the level of care your community needs. That’s why we start with a walkthrough of your property before recommending a service plan.
We’ll take a look at your pet areas, walking paths, dog parks, waste stations, and other high-traffic areas to understand what your community needs.
From there, we’ll recommend a service plan that makes sense for your property.

We understand that pet areas aren’t just another part of the property. They’re where residents walk their dogs, spend time outside, meet their neighbors, and build part of their daily routine.
